Parker Crossing consists of 130.7 acres of raw development land located at the corner of Elm Grove St & Parker Rd in Royse City, Texas. The City has declared the future land use of the property to be single-family residential. Royse City currently has a population of around 12,998 people and has experienced a 39.6% population growth since the 2010 census.

Located only 30-minutes east of Dallas, Royse City is a fast-growing commuter city. The City and its surrounding area are home to numerous large residential developments, including Woodcreek, Williamsburg, Chamberlain Crossing, and the ongoing Waterscape development.
